We thoroughly enjoyed being there.
The location was indeed marvellous and nice, just off Seville as well as the city centre and main tourist attractions. There was a bathtub.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway in this apartment! The first thing we loved was the spacious and comfortable layout - plenty of room for our group. The second highlight was the ideal location, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. It made exploring the city so convenient and hassle-free. And finally, we really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchenette, which had everything we needed to whip up some delicious meals during our stay.
There were a couple of downsides though. First, there was a lack of privacy on the ground floor, as the blinds didn't offer much coverage.

When it was hot outside we decided to visit Bar el Baratillo, had some drinks there. The neighbourhood was very quiet.

Communication was perfect and the hostess was very friendly and responsive. The location was fantastic, right in the center and close to everything.- The industrial decor was lovely and the courtyard in our apartment provided a perfect outdoor space with privacy.- The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The kitchen was compact and cooking only worked for simple dishes. It would have been useful to have some tea towels.

The apartment had a great central location, just a stone's throw away from all the major tourist attractions. It was also surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, providing plenty of options for dining out. the apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen that had all the necessary amenities for cooking.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the lack of a working lift made it quite inconvenient for seniors or anyone with heavy luggage to navigate the stairs.

Enjoyed the balcony and separate levels for privacy. Appreciated the extra fold-out couch for additional guest. Efficient and friendly communication from staff. Highly recommended!
